Blackberry outages
The Blackberry email/internet extended outages as of late are really starting to irk me. There's been two now in about a month's time. (see: http://www.cnn.com/2009/TECH/12/23/blackberry.outage/index.html)
They really need to get their act together. There's a lot of competition out there. Wish I'd have known the network was this sketchy when I couldn't decide which Smartphone to upgrade to a couple of months ago.
